Mr. Kabakov, who has over 8 years of investment banking experience, will support the firm's transaction execution and coverage across the technology, communications and media sectors. Gene also served as an Associate with Robert W. Baird and Merrill Lynch. During his tenure on Wall Street, Gene has completed over $30 billion of transactions for numerous communications and media companies including AT&T, Telecity Group, T-Mobile USA, Time Warner, PAETEC, McLeodUSA and financial sponsors including Bain Capital and Thomas H. Lee. He began his investment banking career as an Analyst at BMO Nesbitt Burns where he was a member of their Mergers & Acquisitions Group.
