Ditech Communications Completes Jasomi Networks Acquisition

New York, June 30, 2005 - Ditech Communications Corporation, a leader in the development of voice processing systems for communications networks, today announced the completion of its acquisition of Jasomi Networks. The acquisition enables Ditech to combine the voice processing technology in its Packet Voice Processor platform with Jasomi's industry-leading session border

controller to provide a complete boarder services solution package to carriers.
