RiskClick Raises $8.2 Million

New York, May 12, 2005 - Redwood Capital advised RiskClick, which provides business process management software and services to the insurance industry, on the placement of $8.2 million with lead London-based investor Advent Ventures. Existing investors Bank of America Ventures and Amadeus Ventures also participated in the round. The capital will be used for further development of the company's Business Process Management software suite, as well as for the expansion of the company's marketing and sales.

Redwood Capital acted as exclusive financial advisor to RiskClick.
